The Burton Chamber of Commerce is the biggest in the UK - it has over 500+ members and as a member myself i know only a small handful of those users. After winning a vloggie in san francisco for a small part in a collobration called node666 i decided that the power of the video was indeed one that i must utilize and promote more. The issue in the uk is that people are very reserved to do things like being recorded on video but i believe once i show them the power of it and advertise it well that people will come to love the idea.
I'm recording the videos and editing them for free and i am paying for the development of the website. Why? - one because it allows me to play with my gadgets more and utilize them for what they do instead of just owning "a gadget" and two because it allows me to setup a reliable form of advertising for me and local business will reduced costs.
With iTV from apple just around the corner and over 30 milion ipods sold in the last six months it makes sense to start moving local business onto the video broadband arena now.

I (phil campbell) do all the filming onsite, editing and effects in imovie HD currently but hope to move over to using final cut express. I'm hoping to raise enough funds for a new mac pro for in the new year for faster editing times.
